What makes this an atypical telemarketing company?

While we can book an ordinary meeting or two (and are pretty good at it), that is not our primary focus. For us there is so much more value in reengaging with your forgotten or lost leads. Traditional marketing usually achieves a 5% conversion rate on the leads, whereas reengagement tends to yield twice as good a result.

How do you contact our leads?

We design your campaign together. If you want an email-campaign with impact, we can do that, but we excel at picking up the phone and building that human connection. When we call out, some might want some more material on mail, and some book a meeting right away.

How will my data come back to me?

When the campaign is concluded, We Do Follow-Up compiles a comprehensive report on all the data and intelligence gathered. That report is presented to you together with the raw data.

Are you going to change our processes?

Only if you want us to! Our approach is a supplement to what you are already doing.

How does this affect my already established sales process?

When a reengaged lead wants to set up a meeting, we book them in directly in your sales department’s calendar.

How do you actually follow-up on my historic data?

The only thing you need to do is prepare a CSV-file with the leads you want us to reach out to. Our setup allows us to utilize cutting edge tools for efficiency. And when you provide us with a lead-list, we reach out to everyone at least five times, before moving them to a separate B-campaign, for you to approach at a later point.

We are using a specific CRM-system, can you integrate with that?

Most likely. Our setup is inherently system-agnostic, and seamlessly integrated with all major platforms.
