But at this time of year, we choose to look past the spreadsheets and celebrate the people on the other end of the line.

A well-rested salesperson is a dangerous weapon in the New Year. The best thing you can do for your Q1 figures right now is to forget about them for a week. Eat the herring, drink the snaps, and enjoy the snow if you are lucky enough to have it.
